Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager, Finance Transformation for the Power & Utilities sector. You will drive end-to-end finance transformation, co-create operating models, and guide CFOs on sustainable value through innovative processes and technologies.

You will lead initiatives across FP&A, close and reporting, and cost management, collaborating with senior leadership and clients while traveling as needed to deliver outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 2–4 years in consulting and Power & Utilities.
• Experience with P&U finance functions and applications (SAP, Oracle, PowerPlan).
• Ability to develop business cases and digital strategies; awareness of compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead PowerPlan implementations and ERP/EAM integrations.
• Design finance operating models and optimize FP&A processes.
• Advise on shared services, outsourcing, and control improvements.
• Drive finance systems and automation, and support regulatory reporting.
• Engage with clients, manage timelines, and present insights.
