EY is seeking a Manager, Finance Transformation for the Power & Utilities sector. The role focuses on shaping finance strategy, operating models, and transformation roadmaps to deliver sustainable value and regulatory-compliant reporting.

You will lead teams, co-create business cases, and ensure execution of finance process improvements, automation, and FP&A enhancements for client CFOs.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree required; 2–4 years in consulting and P&U is typical.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and deliver Finance Transformation programs for P&U clients.
• Design and embed finance operating models and processes.
• Oversee FP&A, cost management, and reporting improvements.
• Drive shared services and global services design/implementation.
• Advise on outsourcing and strategic finance initiatives.
• Engage clients regularly and lead workshops.
• Travel 60–80% as needed.
