Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager, Finance Transformation to lead finance transformation programs for the Power & Utilities sector in the United States. You will design future-proof operating models, embed improvements, and drive sustainable value for CFOs while navigating regulatory and reporting standards with advanced technologies.

You will co-create strategies, lead deliverables, manage timelines, and engage clients through working sessions, with travel 60–80% as needed to support external engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (4-year).
• 2–4 years of consulting experience in power & utilities preferred.
• Experience with P&U finance functions and applications such as SAP, Oracle, and Power Plan.
• Demonstrated ability in business case development, digital strategy, and transformation roadmaps.
• Knowledge of finance compliance and regulations; ability to assess finance quality, maturity, efficiency, and operational risk.

Responsibilities

• PowerPlan implementation and integration with ERP and EAM systems.
• Finance operating model design and optimization of finance processes.
• Shared services and global business services design and implementation.
• Outsourcing advisory and FP&A responsibilities.
• Finance systems and intelligent automation; close, consolidation and reporting.
