Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager, Finance Transformation to lead finance transformation programs for the Power & Utilities sector. You will design operating models, drive cycles from FP&A to close, and guide large-scale change initiatives with client leadership.

Expect extensive travel and collaboration with senior teams to deliver sustainable value. You will apply expertise in PowerPlan, ERP integrations, and digital strategies to create future-proof finance architectures that meet regulatory standards

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 2–4 years consulting and P&U experience
• Experience with P&U finance functions and SAP/Oracle/PowerPlan
• Business case development and digital strategy
• Finance compliance and regulation awareness
• Finance quality, maturity, efficiency & risk assessment
• Finance strategy, operating model and transformation roadmap
• Finance sustainability

Responsibilities

• Lead PowerPlan implementation and ERP/EAM integrations
• Design finance operating models and FP&A processes
• Improve finance processes and drive shared services design
• Oversee outsourcing advisory and global service delivery
• Manage financial close, consolidation and reporting
• Drive procure-to-pay and record-to-report workflows
• Coordinate client sessions and project timelines
• Travel 60–80% as needed
