Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager, Finance Transformation to lead finance programs for the Power & Utilities sector. You will design operating models, oversee end-to-end transformation, and drive sustainable value by aligning processes, data, and controls with strategic goals.

You will collaborate with senior leaders, co-create cases for change, and manage delivery of complex transformation initiatives across global teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2–4 years relevant consulting experience in Power & Utilities.
• Experience with P&U finance functions and applications (SAP, Oracle, Power Plan).
• Ability to develop business cases and digital strategies.
• Awareness of finance compliance and regulation.
• Ability to assess finance quality, maturity, efficiency and risk.
• Finance strategy, operating model design and transformation roadmap.

Responsibilities

• Lead PowerPlan implementations and ERP/EAM integration.
• Design finance operating models and improve processes.
• Lead shared services design and implementation.
• Provide outsourcing advisory and FP&A leadership.
• Support financial close, consolidation and reporting.
