Job summary
EY is seeking a Manager, Finance Transformation in the United States to lead P&U finance programs and embed sustainable value through transformation. You’ll work with senior leaders to design future-ready operating models and implement robust reporting and control standards.
You’ll drive finance strategy, manage timelines, and engage clients in sessions, travelling 60–80% as needed to deliver service offerings across EY’s power and utilities portfolio.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required and 2–4 years of relevant consulting experience in P&U.
- Experience with P&U finance functions and applications such as SAP, Oracle and PowerPlan.
- Ability to develop business cases and digital strategies.
- Awareness of finance compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Ability to assess finance quality, maturity, efficiency and operational risk.
- Experience designing operating models and transformation roadmaps.
- Commitment to finance sustainability.
Responsibilities
- Lead PowerPlan implementation and ERP integration efforts.
- Design finance operating models and improve finance processes.
- Drive shared services design and outsourcing advisory initiatives.
- Oversee FP&A, cost management and profitability analysis.
- Implement finance systems and intelligent automation.
- Oversee close, consolidation and reporting processes.
- Manage procure-to-pay and record-to-report workflows.
- Understand CIS to GL flows and rate structures.
