Job summary

EY seeks a Manager, Finance Transformation to drive CFO-focused initiatives in the Power & Utilities sector in the United States. You will help design operating models, lead transformation programs, and enable sustainable value using cutting-edge technologies.

You will collaborate with senior leaders, manage project delivery, and address regulatory and reporting challenges while traveling 60–80% to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher is required.
• 2–4 years of relevant consulting experience in Power & Utilities preferred.
• Experience with P&U finance functions and systems such as SAP, Oracle, and PowerPlan.

Responsibilities

• PowerPlan implementation and ERP/EAM integration.
• Finance operating model design and processes improvement.
• Shared services design and implementation; outsourcing advisory.
• FP&A, financial close, consolidation, and reporting.
