Job summary

EY is seeking a Finance Transformation professional to help shape sustainable value for Power & Utilities clients. You will combine finance capability with program and change management to embed improvements across FP&A, accounting, and reporting.

You will lead design, implementation and optimization of operating models, processes, and systems, with travel 60-80% as needed to support external clients and engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (4-year) required.
• Typically 2-4 years relevant experience in consulting and power and utilities industry.
• Experience with P&U finance functions and applications such as SAP, Oracle, and Power Plan.
• Business case development and digital strategy experience.
• Finance compliance and regulation awareness.
• Knowledge of finance quality, maturity, efficiency & operational risk.

• Finance processes improvement and standardization.
• Shared services and global business services design and implementation.
• Outsourcing advisory.
• FP&A support and financial planning.
• Finance systems and intelligent automation implementation.
• Financial close, consolidation and reporting processes.
• Cost management and profitability analysis.
• Procure-to-pay and record-to-report processes.
• Asset and project accounting oversight.
• Engage with clients regularly and lead working sessions.
