Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager, Finance Transformation to lead Power & Utilities finance initiatives. You will shape future finance operating models, drive sustainable value, and embed changes across CFO agendas.

Expect involvement across FP&A, close, consolidation, and reporting while leveraging modern technologies to deliver value for P&U clients. You'll manage teams, co-create strategies, and engage senior leadership, with 60-80% travel to client sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (4-year).
• 2–4 years of relevant consulting experience in Power & Utilities.
• Experience with P&U finance functions and applications such as SAP, Oracle, and Power Plan.
• Ability to develop business cases and digital strategy.
• Awareness of finance compliance and regulation.
• Capability to assess finance quality, maturity, efficiency and risk.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver innovative finance transformation projects.
• Co-create operating models meeting reporting and regulatory standards.
• Drive FP&A, close, consolidation and reporting improvements.
• Design and implement finance processes and shared services.
• Engage clients, run workshops, and manage timelines.
• Travel 60-80% as needed to serve clients.
