Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager, Finance Transformation to shape the future of finance for Power & Utilities clients in the United States. You will design operating models, lead transformative programs, and collaborate with senior leadership to deliver sustainable value.

You will drive finance strategy, enable advanced analytics, and manage cross-functional teams across finance, IT, and operations. Expect 60–80% travel to meet client needs and deliver tangible outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (4-year degree) required.
• 2–4 years of relevant consulting experience in Power & Utilities.
• Experience with P&U finance functions and applications such as SAP, Oracle, and PowerPlan.
• Ability to develop business cases and digital strategy.
• Awareness of finance compliance and regulation.

Responsibilities

• PowerPlan implementation and integration with ERP and EAM systems.
• Finance operating model design and optimization.
• Finance processes improvement and efficiency initiatives.
• Design and implement shared services and global business services.
• Outsourcing advisory and FP&A support.
• Finance systems and intelligent automation initiatives.
• Financial close, consolidation and reporting improvements.
• Cost management and profitability analysis.
• Procure-to-pay and record-to-report processes.
• Asset and project accounting oversight.
• Engage with clients regularly and lead working sessions.
