Job summary

EY in the United States seeks a Manager, Finance Transformation for the Power & Utilities sector. You will lead and deliver innovative finance transformations, co-create strategies with CFOs, and design operating models that meet rigorous reporting, regulatory, and control standards while leveraging cutting‑edge technologies.

You will travel 60–80% to client sites, guide project timelines, engage with senior leaders, and drive value through FP&A, Procure-to-Pay, close and reporting processes,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2–4 years relevant consulting experience in power & utilities.
• Experience with P&U finance functions and applications (SAP, Oracle, PowerPlan).
• Ability to develop business cases and digital strategy.
• Knowledge of finance compliance and regulation.
• Ability to assess finance quality, maturity, efficiency and risk.
• Experience designing finance strategy and operating models.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver innovative Finance Transformation programs.
• Co-create strategies with CFOs and design future-proof operating models.
• Oversee finance processes improvements and control standards.
• Guide FP&A, close, consolidation, and reporting processes.
• Manage project timelines and client engagements.
