Job summary

GE Vernova, Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Management Leader for Power Transmission. This strategic role leads the PMO, risk management, and contract management across the PT Switchgears portfolio, providing governance, oversight, and dotted-line leadership to a community of Project Managers.

You will drive PMO framework development, portfolio governance, and cross-site collaboration with manufacturing, finance, and legal teams to ensure milestone adherence and optimized margins.

Qualifications

• Experience establishing and leading the PMO framework for a product line.
• Ability to monitor portfolio health and provide executive visibility.
• Experience in risk management and contract negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Establish, lead, and improve the PMO framework for the PT Switchgears product line.
• Oversee governance, processes, and customer engagement across factories and stakeholders.
• Ensure coordination between PM team and manufacturing operations to reflect real production capabilities.
• Monitor portfolio health, milestones, and KPIs for executive leadership.
• Drive PM tools, templates, and methodologies deployment.
• Lead financial and operational targets for the portfolio (Sales, Cost, Margin).
• Drive working capital improvements and FAT sign-offs to speed billing.
• Oversee risk & opportunities reviews and mitigation actions.
• Enforce DOA-compliant decisions and major project oversight.
• Coach PMs and contract administrators; manage key negotiations and escalations.
