Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group seeks a Director, Engineering PMO - Transmission Line to lead enterprise‑level delivery of high‑voltage transmission projects. You will govern the PMO, drive governance, strategy, and performance across the portfolio, and partner with executives to ensure capability, safety, and value.

Formación

• Minimum 15 years of progressive electric utility experience with leadership in engineering and program management.
• BS in Engineering from ABET-accredited program; PE license preferred for senior leadership.
• Track record leading large engineering organizations delivering high‑voltage transmission programs safely and on schedule.

Responsabilidades

• Provide enterprise leadership for Transmission Line Engineering PMO, setting vision and priorities.
• Establish and maintain governance, standards, and controls across full project lifecycle.
• Oversee portfolio performance, risk management, and executive reporting.
• Mentor engineering managers and lead workforce strategy and development.
• Partner with senior leadership to drive quality, innovation, and capacity alignment.
