You will govern the PMO, drive governance, strategy, and performance across the portfolio, and partner with executives to ensure capability, safety, and value.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of progressive electric utility experience with leadership in engineering and program management.
• BS in Engineering from ABET-accredited program; PE license preferred for senior leadership.
• Track record leading large engineering organizations delivering high‑voltage transmission programs safely and on schedule.

Responsibilities

• Provide enterprise leadership for Transmission Line Engineering PMO, setting vision and priorities.
• Establish and maintain governance, standards, and controls across full project lifecycle.
• Oversee portfolio performance, risk management, and executive reporting.
• Mentor engineering managers and lead workforce strategy and development.
• Partner with senior leadership to drive quality, innovation, and capacity alignment.
