Quanta Government Solutions seeks an experienced Engineering Director PMO for Transmission Line to lead enterprise‑level delivery of high‑voltage projects. You will ensure technical excellence, scalability, and alignment with strategic objectives across the QISG platform.

This role partners with executives, manages governance, risk, and portfolio performance, and mentors senior engineers to sustain safety, quality, and continuous improvement across the transmission portfolio.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in electric utility engineering and program management.
• ABET-accredited B.S. in Engineering required; master's preferred.
• P.E. license preferred and recognized technical authority.
• Proven leadership of large multidisciplinary teams on HV transmission.
• Strong governance, risk, and portfolio management experience.
• Knowledge of ANSI, ASTM, IEEE, NEC, NESC and related codes.

Responsabilités

• Provide enterprise leadership for Transmission Line PMO with vision and strategy.
• Establish governance frameworks, standards, and controls across projects.
• Oversee portfolio alignment with schedule, budget, quality and safety.
• Lead and mentor Engineering PMs and senior leaders.
• Define workforce strategy, staffing, and capability development.
• Foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability and improvement.
