Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in the electric utility industry with leadership in engineering, program management, or high‑voltage transmission programs.
• ABET‑accredited BS in Engineering required; MS preferred.
• P.E. license preferred with executive engineering leadership capability.

Responsibilities

• Provide enterprise leadership for the Transmission Line PMO, setting vision and priorities.
• Establish governance frameworks and controls across the project lifecycle.
• Oversee portfolio performance, risk, and resource strategy across transmission line programs.
• Lead and mentor senior engineers and project managers across the platform.
• Define workforce strategy, staffing models, and competency development.
