This role requires 15+ years in electric utilities and a proven track record in large, multi‑disciplinary teams, with a strong emphasis on strategy and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in electric utilities with leadership in engineering and program management.
• Experience leading high‑voltage transmission programs across regions.
• Proven ability to align engineering strategy with business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Provide enterprise leadership for Transmission Line PMO and set vision and priorities.
• Establish governance frameworks, standards, and controls across project lifecycles.
• Ensure consistency of policies, risk management, and quality systems.
• Serve as senior advisor to executive leadership on strategy and risk.
• Oversee a portfolio of programs, aligning schedule, budget, quality, and safety.
• Implement portfolio analytics, dashboards, and executive reporting.
• Drive early risk identification and mitigation across the portfolio.
• Lead and mentor engineering managers and senior leaders.
