Quanta Government Solutions is seeking an experienced Director, Engineering PMO - Transmission Line to lead enterprise-level engineering delivery for high-voltage projects. You will shape strategy, governance, and performance across a portfolio of programs, partnering with executive leaders, customers, and partner units to ensure safe, on-time, within-budget execution.

• 15+ years progressive experience in electric utility engineering and program management.
• BS in Engineering from ABET-accredited university required; master's preferred.
• P.E. license is preferred; readiness to act as technical authority.

Responsabilidades

• Provide enterprise leadership for Transmission Line PMO, setting vision and priorities.
• Establish governance frameworks and controls across full project lifecycle.
• Ensure policy, risk, and quality systems are applied consistently.
• Advise executive leadership on strategy, capacity, and performance.
• Oversee a portfolio of transmission line programs, ensuring schedule, budget, and safety targets.
• Implement portfolio-level KPIs and executive dashboards.
• Mentor Engineering Project Managers and senior leaders.
• Define staffing strategy and workforce development.
• Drive innovation and standardization in engineering delivery.
• Coordinate with engineering firms and OpUs to align capabilities.
