Job summary

Ohio CAT Rental Store, a division of Ohio Machinery Co., seeks a Field Service Supervisor to lead our team of Field Service Technicians and keep customers productive. You will manage daily operations, communicate with customers, and drive service excellence.

You will mentor field technicians, participate in training, and review processes to improve efficiency. Join us to help build and support our customers\' operations with strong leadership and technical insight.

Qualifications

• A High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must have prior industry knowledge of the products and a technical background of the products sold and serviced.
• Some supervisory experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead our Field Service Technicians and manage the day-to-day Field Service Department operations.
• Communicate with customers and participate in developing and training field technicians.
• Participate in process reviews to ensure an efficient and effective service department.
