As a leader, you will develop skills, address issues, and collaborate with supervision to create a culture that emphasizes safety, quality, and continuous improvement across our service operations in Ohio.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• Three years of heavy equipment industry experience required.
• Prior supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee employees and ensure work is completed safely and effectively.
• Promote a safe, healthy culture and coach technicians.
• Develop and lead technicians, provide training options, and help build key skills.
