Langan is seeking an Environmental Practice Lead - Power Sector to join its national Environmental Compliance team. This leadership role will build and guide an expert group delivering air quality modeling, permitting, site assessment, and related environmental services for power and data center projects.

The ideal candidate has 15+ years in environmental industry with 5+ years in power, plus a degree in Environmental Engineering or Geology.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in the environmental industry with 5+ years in the power sector.
• Strong leadership, client management, and project oversight skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the Environmental Practice within the power sector.
• Refine market strategy and materials for the power sector.
• Ensure work product quality, growth, and profitability.
• Identify geographic and technical growth areas and trends.
• Collaborate with Data Centers and Environmental leadership on growth plans.
• Engage in business development and maintain client relationships.
• Oversee junior staff, coach, and participate in hiring.
