Job summary

Langan is seeking an Environmental Practice Lead - Power Sector to join its national Environmental Compliance practice. You will lead a team of experienced consultants delivering air quality modeling, permitting, site assessment, remediation, and water/wastewater services, integrating with civil, geotechnical capabilities.

This role offers growth in power and data center markets, opportunities to shape strategy, expand services, and manage projects with direct oversight of staff and client

Qualifications

• 15+ years in environmental industry with 5+ years in power sector.
• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Geology, Hydrogeology or Science; Master’s preferred.
• Professional credentials (PE/CHMM/PG) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor junior staff on Environmental projects.
• Elevate environmental capabilities within the power sector.
• Refine power sector market strategy and materials.
• Drive growth, profitability, and client engagement across Power/Data Center markets.
• Collaborate with firm-wide data center teams and leadership.
