The role requires 15+ years in environmental fields with 5+ years in power, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and professional credentials such as PE/CHMM/PG.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in the environmental industry with 5+ years in the power sector.
• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering; Master’s degree preferred.
• Professional credentials such as PE, CHMM, PG, or equivalents preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead environmental practice in the power sector and oversee project delivery.
• Develop and refine power sector market strategy and client materials.
• Ensure work product quality, profitability, and staff utilization.
• Identify growth areas and coordinate with data center leadership for expansion.
• Mentor junior staff, participate in hiring and staff development.
