Megger is seeking a RBUSales Specialist to drive growth for BU products through effective sales execution and compelling proposals. You will partner with Account Managers, Regional Leads, and Product Experts to win deals and expand market share.

You will engage customers, present value propositions, and support negotiations while coordinating with marketing, operations, and technical teams to ensure high-quality, timely proposals and competitive offerings.

Qualifications

• BA/BS graduate; advanced degree preferred.
• 5–10 years of experience in a sales role.
• Vision setting capability.
• Experience with test instruments/applications used in electric power industry.
• Familiarity with social media and technologies shaping our lives.
• Attention to detail; aware of budgets and deadlines.
• Strong communication skills; cross-functional team leadership.
• Well organized; able to multiplex across tasks.
• Experience with ERP; SAP experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead and support the development of proposals and quotations for BU products, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and company strategy.
• Contribute to the achievement of regional and BU sales targets through effective sales execution and follow-up
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness in proposal preparation, pricing, and commercial terms
• Partner with Strategic, Key, and Regional Account Managers to engage customers and present the BU's value proposition
• Participate in customer meetings, presentations, and negotiations to support deal closure
• Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within assigned accounts
• Collaborate with Account Managers, Regional Leaders, and Product Experts to develop and execute sales strategies
• Coordinate with marketing, operations, and technical teams to ensure consistent messaging and delivery
• Share market and customer insights to inform planning and product development
• Monitor and report on order intake, proposal success rate, and product penetration
