Job summary

Mitsubishi Power Americas is seeking a Sales Operations Specialist to drive timely, high-quality proposal responses (RFI, RFP, etc.). You will coordinate across engineering, business and operations teams to assemble content that meets customer requests, while maintaining compliant document archives and leading process improvements.

The role emphasizes accuracy, cross-functional collaboration, and reporting on proposal status and sales metrics to leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or technical diploma with 3–5 years of proposal preparation, document control and archive management experience.
• Strong written, verbal, interpersonal, and stakeholder communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality commercial proposal documents (electronic and hard copy).
• Coordinate across functional teams to obtain content aligned with customer requests.
• Maintain archives and documentation in ISO-compliant formats.
• Provide proposal status reporting and bid-tracking metrics to leadership.
• Lead internal approvals and cross-departmental contributions for proposals.
