Job summary

Megger Service Excellence seeks an RBU Sales Specialist for BU to drive sales growth through effective proposal development and strategic engagement with regional account managers. You will translate customer needs into compelling solutions and support negotiations.

You will partner with regional leads and product experts to deliver high-quality proposals, accurate pricing, and timely terms, while tracking performance and market trends across key markets.

Qualifications

• BA/BS graduate; advanced degree preferred.
• 5–10 years of sales experience.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support development of proposals and quotations for BU products.
• Collaborate with account managers to engage customers and close deals.
• Coordinate with marketing, operations, and product teams to ensure aligned messaging.
• Monitor order intake and proposal success; report market insights.
