Job summary

Milhouse invites a Power Project Manager to drive T&D projects across multiple business lines in the Chicago area. You will oversee pursuits, assemble execution teams, and guide project delivery with a focus on growth and profitability.

The role requires coordinating with regional teams, managing schedules, and supporting contract reviews. Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s in engineering or related field, 8+ years of consulting in T&D, and may have a PE and PMP certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field.
• 8+ years in consulting with transmission and distribution focus preferred.
• PE license preferred; PMP certification preferred depending on experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the pursuit process for projects in emerging lines and build an opportunity pipeline.
• Oversee project metrics, profitability, and adherence to quality control procedures.
• Coordinate with Growth team and regional leaders to align activities with goals.
