Milhouse Engineering & Construction, Inc. is seeking a Power Project Manager to lead the execution of T&D projects and pursuits across multiple regional business lines, including Transmission Line, Power, Underground & Distribution, Substations, and related areas.

The role involves building execution teams, monitoring schedules and budgets, driving risk management, and collaborating with the Growth team to align opportunities with strategic goals while maintaining safety, quality, and

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field required.
8+ years of consulting experience, preferably in T&D.
PE license preferred; PMP preferred depending on experience.
Proven client/business development capabilities.
Experience in budgeting, scheduling, design coordination, and client collaboration.

Responsibilities

Lead pursuit process for projects in emerging lines, build an opportunity pipeline.
Oversee project metrics and profitability; manage schedules and budgets.
Ensure adherence to quality control procedures and project mgmt methodologies.
Coordinate with Growth team on opportunities and client engagement.
Support contract reviews and negotiations during renewals.
Align activities with regional goals and staff development.
Uphold safety policies and cross-team collaboration.
