Job summary

Michels Power, Inc. in Wisconsin seeks a Senior Project Manager – Transmission & Distribution to lead major utility infrastructure programs valued at $10 million or greater.

You will oversee pursuit, estimating, negotiations through construction and closeout. The role requires a proven leader with deep experience in transmission, substation, and distribution infrastructure, strong commercial acumen, and the ability to develop teams in dynamic field environments.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of related experience in large-scale utility/power delivery projects.
• Proven success managing transmission, distribution, substation, or power delivery construction projects.
• Experience with contract administration, change management, and project controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale transmission, distribution, and substation projects from pursuit through final completion.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, quality, safety, and profitability.
• Supervise and mentor Associate Project Managers and Project Managers.
