You will forecast weekly activities, allocate resources across departments, and drive sales growth through new business development and service expansion in assigned regions.

The role includes leading the project management team, mentoring staff, and aligning efforts with company goals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Two or Four-year construction-related degree OR Journeyman background.
• 1-5 years prior experience in the electrical construction field.
• Knowledge of estimating, scheduling, and budget processes.

Responsibilities

• Forecast weekly work plan: who, what, when.
• Share manpower, resources, and tools across projects/branches.
• Develop and implement strategies to deliver on time, within scope, with high quality.
• Oversee billing and collections for cash flow and track accounts receivable.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships and respond to concerns.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and development for project management team.
• Promote safety and eliminate hazards; communicate safety needs between field and office.
