Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Planning, Sciences, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
Minimum years of program management experience in senior roles with large capital programs (e.g., 3–10+ years) depending on position.
Proven leadership, communication, and experience managing multi-disciplinary teams across locations.
Responsibilities
Lead large multidisciplinary infrastructure program with high technical complexity.
Direct and monitor all aspects of program execution, strategies, governance, and processes.
Oversee services by HDR and subconsultant staff; ensure contract compliance and QA/QC.
Identify risks and assist client with problem solving and timely decisions.
Develop tools and processes to drive efficiencies, accountability and outcomes.
Build and maintain strong client relationships as a trusted advisor.
Contribute to HDR’s program management growth strategy.
Mentor staff and manage program delivery across teams.
Perform additional program management duties as needed.
