Job summary

Dow Inc. is seeking an Information Technology Analyst – Power Platform to develop and maintain solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.

You will collaborate with architects, developers, and stakeholders to deliver secure, reliable business apps throughout the SDLC. You will support governance, deployment pipelines, and ALM, while learning advanced capabilities across Copilot Studio, AI Builder, and Generative AI within the Microsoft ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent military experience or 3+ years of relevant experience.
• US work authorization is required; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, deploy, and support Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse).
• Create Canvas and Model-Driven Apps, workflows, and automation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Follow governance, security, and ALM standards; manage deployments and access.
• Maintain documentation, deployment instructions, and knowledge articles.
• Support lifecycle management, pipelines, and environment promotions.
• Assist with monitoring, performance tuning, and incident resolution.
• Participate in Agile delivery and SDLC activities.
