Job summary

Dow Inc. is seeking an Information Technology Analyst – Power Platform to support and advance solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.

You will work with developers, platform engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver secure, maintainable business solutions throughout the SDLC. You will participate in governance, ALM, and deployment pipelines, ensuring reliability and scalability while exploring AI capabilities and integration with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and other

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or military experience at or above U.S. E5 or Canadian equivalent, or 3+ years of relevant experience in lieu of degree.
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, deploy, and support Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse).
• Create Canvas and Model-Driven Apps, workflows, and automation across business processes.
• Translate stakeholder requirements into practical technical solutions.
• Adhere to governance, security practices, and standard solution patterns.
• Support environments, deployments, access management, connectors, and platform configuration.
• Participate in ALM, deployment pipelines, source control (Git/Azure DevOps), and CI/CD.
• Monitor performance, troubleshoot incidents, and assist with production support.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity, architecture, and infrastructure teams to ensure secure solutions.
