Job summary

Dow Inc. is seeking an Information Technology Analyst – Power Platform to design, develop, test, and support Microsoft Power Platform solutions across Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.

You will work with developers, platform engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver secure, reliable business applications and automations. You will participate in the full SDLC, establish governance and security practices, and collaborate on ALM, deployment pipelines, and integration with Microsoft

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or military experience at/above U.S. E5 or Canadian equivalent, or 3+ years of relevant experience in lieu of degree.
• U.S. work authorization required; no visa sponsorship for this position.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, deploy, and support Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse).
• Create Canvas and Model-Driven Apps, workflows, and process automation.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions and follow governance standards.
• Support ALM, deployment pipelines, source control, and CI/CD practices.
• Assist with platform security, DLP policies, and environment access control.
• Provide production support and incident management for Power Platform solutions.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity, architecture, and infrastructure teams.
• Document solutions and develop reusable components and templates.
