Job summary

Dow Inc. seeks an Information Technology Analyst – Power Platform to design, build, test, deploy, and support Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Copilot Studio, and AI Builder solutions.

You will collaborate with developers, platform engineers, architects, business stakeholders through the SDLC to deliver secure, reliable, and maintainable business applications. You’ll gain exposure to governance, ALM, integration, and AI capabilities while contributing to security, scalability, and user

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree or relevant military experience at or above a U.S. E5 ranking or Canadian Petty Officer 2nd Class or Sergeant, or a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in lieu of a bachelor's degree.
• A minimum requirement for this U.S. based position is the ability to work legally in the United States. No visa sponsorship/support is available for this position, including for any type of U.S. permanent residency (green card) process.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, deploy, and support solutions using Power Platform capabilities (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse).
• Assist with Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, workflows, and process automation solutions.
• Translate requirements into practical technical solutions with stakeholders and technical teams.
• Follow Power Platform development standards, governance, security practices, and reusable patterns.
• Support environments, deployments, access management, connectors, and platform configuration.
• Assist with governance activities including security roles, environment access, DLP policies, and governance controls.
• Manage application lifecycle, deployment pipelines, source control, and environment promotions.
• Monitor performance and troubleshoot operational issues in production.
