Job summary

Dow Inc. is seeking an Information Technology Analyst – Power Platform to support development, testing, deployment, administration, and ongoing support of Power Platform solutions in the United States.

The role collaborates with developers, engineers, and stakeholders to deliver secure, reliable business solutions. You will work across Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Copilot Studio, and AI Builder, participating in SDLC activities and ensuring governance and security best practices are

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent military experience (US E5 or Canadian PO2) or 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Ability to work legally in the United States; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, deploy, and support solutions using Power Platform capabilities.
• Assist with Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, workflows, and automation.
• Translate business requirements into practical technical solutions with stakeholders.
• Follow governance, security practices, and reusable solution patterns.
• Support environment management, deployments, access management, connectors, and platform configuration.
• Assist with platform governance activities including security roles, environment access, and DLP policies.
• Support ALM, pipelines, source control, and environment promotions.
• Monitor application and automation performance and resolve operational issues.
• Troubleshoot failures and escalate complex issues as needed.
• Participate in solution reviews, testing, and quality checks.
• Develop and maintain solution documentation, deployment instructions, and operational procedures.
