Job summary

Dow is seeking an Information Technology Analyst – Power Platform to develop, test, deploy, and support solutions across Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse. You will contribute to governance, ALM, and integration efforts while building secure, maintainable business applications.

The role collaborates with developers, platform engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver reliable solutions throughout the SDLC, including AI capabilities such as Copilot Studio and AI Builder.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or military experience at or above U.S. E5 or Canadian equivalent or 3+ years of relevant experience in lieu of degree.
• U.S. work authorization is required; visa sponsorship is not provided.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, deploy, and support Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse).
• Assist with Canvas/Model-Driven apps, workflows, and automation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Follow governance, security, and ALM standards across deployment pipelines.
• Support environments, access management, and integration connectors.
• Contribute to SDLC activities: requirements, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Document deployments, procedures, and knowledge articles.
• Learn and evaluate Copilot Studio, AI Builder, and other Microsoft AI capabilities.
• Participate in Agile sprints and continuous improvement.
