Job summary

Dow is seeking an Information Technology Analyst – Power Platform to develop, test, deploy, and support Power Platform solutions across the organization. You will work with Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Copilot Studio, and AI Builder, collaborating with developers, platform engineers, architects and business stakeholders.

You will participate in the SDLC, ensure governance and security best practices, and contribute to ALM, deployment pipelines, and integration efforts while exploring

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or military experience at or above a U.S. E5 ranking or Canadian Petty Officer 2nd Class or Sergeant or 3 years of relevant experience in lieu of a bachelor’s degree.
• U.S. work eligibility is required; no visa sponsorship is available.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, deploy, and support Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse).
• Build Canvas and Model-Driven Apps, workflows, and process automation.
• Translate business requirements into practical technical solutions.
• Follow governance, security, and ALM standards; manage deployments and environments.
• Monitor performance and troubleshoot production issues; support SDLC activities.
• Create and maintain solution documentation and deployment instructions.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity, architecture, and infrastructure teams.
