Job summary

Dow Inc. is seeking an Information Technology Analyst – Power Platform to develop, test, deploy, and support Power Platform solutions across Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse. The role collaborates with developers, platform engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver secure, maintainable business solutions.

The position participates in the full SDLC, supports governance and ALM, and helps enable citizen developers while advancing capabilities like Copilot Studio and AI Builder. U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent military experience (U.S. E5 rank or Canadian Petty Officer 2nd Class) or 3+ years in lieu of degree.
• Ability to work legally in the United States; no visa sponsorship for this position.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, deploy, and support Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse).
• Create Canvas and Model-Driven Apps, workflows, and automations.
• Understand requirements with stakeholders and translate into technical solutions.
• Follow governance, security, and ALM practices; participate in SDLC activities.
• Provide documentation, deployment instructions, and support procedures.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity, architecture, and infrastructure teams to ensure secure solutions.
• Support citizen developers and Power Platform users with guidance and troubleshooting.
• Engage in Agile delivery activities and continuous improvement.
