Job summary

Dow Inc. is seeking an Information Technology Analyst to develop and support Microsoft Power Platform solutions.

You will work on Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Copilot Studio, and AI Builder, collaborating with developers, architects, and business stakeholders to deliver secure, reliable, and maintainable business solutions. The role covers SDLC activities, governance practices, security, and ongoing platform administration, with opportunities to grow expertise across Azure,

Qualifications

• Experience with Power Platform development across Canvas and Model-Driven Apps.
• Familiarity with Dataverse, AI Builder and Copilot Studio for governance.
• Understanding of ALM, CI/CD pipelines, and source control concepts.
• Knowledge of security, RBAC, DLP policies and environment governance.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, deploy, and support Power Platform solutions.
• Create Canvas and Model-Driven Apps, workflows and automation.
• Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate into technical designs.
• Adhere to governance, security standards and reusable patterns.
• Manage environments, deployments, access, connectors, and platform config.
• Support ALM, pipelines, and production monitoring; resolve incidents.
