Job summary

Dow Inc. is seeking an Information Technology Analyst – Power Platform to design and deliver secure business solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.

You will collaborate with developers, engineers, architects, and citizen developers to ensure reliable, scalable outcomes. The role covers development, deployment, and ongoing support across the Power Platform ecosystem, including governance, ALM, and AI capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent military experience (U.S. E5 or Canadian equivalent) or 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Ability to work legally in the United States.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform preferred.
• Familiarity with SDLC, governance, and security practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, deploy, and support Power Platform solutions.
• Assist with Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, workflows, and automation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Follow governance standards, security practices, and reusable patterns.
• Support platform administration, deployments, access management, and pipelines.
• Troubleshoot failures and production incidents; participate in reviews and documentation.
