Job summary

Qualifications

- Advanced understanding of design software and structural drafting practices.
- Ability to work with multi-disciplinary teams to resolve design issues.
Responsibilities
- Lead 3D modeling and detailed construction drawings for steel and concrete structures.
- Oversee drawing production, problem analysis, and design layout on complex projects.
- Mentor junior staff and participate in client development meetings.
- Quality review structural designs and ensure conformance to codes and specs.
- Prepare structural calculations and incorporate project criteria into layouts.
- Coordinate revisions and manage project drawings through approvals.
