Job summary

WIN Waste Innovations is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee day-to-day maintenance operations, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient performance of plant equipment and instrumentation. You will direct the maintenance team, coordinate with Operations, and manage external contractors during outages and major projects.

The role emphasizes safety, adherence to procedures, and maintaining maintenance records, PM planning, and equipment reliability across the facility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate degree in a technical field or equivalent desirable.
• 3–5 years' experience in a power plant environment or military background.
• 1–3 years of supervisory or management experience.
• Knowledge and understanding of the operation, maintenance and control of a steam generating power plant.
• Proficient with Microsoft Software; Excel, Word, Office, etc.
• Experienced in using CMMS.
• Travel may be required, 0–25%.

Responsibilities

• Plans, assigns, and supervises the work of the maintenance department during daily operations.
• Reviews and ensures compliance with operating and emergency procedures in the Maintenance department.
• Inspects plant machinery and equipment; checks safety and environmental compliance and SOP adherence.
• Assigns daily work to the team and coordinates with Operations on a shift-to-shift basis.
• Ensures maintenance staff training and development; maintains safety standards.
