Job summary

WIN Waste Innovations seeks a Maintenance Project Engineer to lead mechanical operations and development at the facility, reporting to the Plant Manager. You will oversee maintenance activities, coordinate outages, and ensure safe and efficient operation in line with company standards and policies.

Key duties include design criteria preparation, cost estimating, and coordination with contractors and in-house teams. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred and licensure compliance is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Three years of experience in a incineration plant environment, with a minimum of five years in a supervisory role.
• Maintains all licenses as required by Local, State, Federal, Environmental and/or Health/Safety Regulatory agencies.

Responsibilities

• Manage mechanical operations and development of the facility.
• Coordinate maintenance activities including installation, inspection, testing, repair, and calibration of plant equipment.
• Prepare design criteria, diagrams, calculations, equipment selection, drawings and specifications.
• Prepare cost estimates, schedules, purchase documents, drawings and submittals, and field work.
