Job summary

WIN Waste Innovations is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee daily maintenance operations, ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance with company standards. The role manages mechanical and E&I maintenance, schedules work orders, and coordinates with Operations and outside contractors during outages.

You’ll lead maintenance staff, maintain CMMS records, and promote a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement across the plant.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate degree in a technical field; desirable
• 3–5 years' experience in a power plant environment or military background
• 1–3 years of supervisory or management experience
• Experience operating/maintaining a steam generating power plant

Responsibilities

• Plans, assigns, and supervises the maintenance department during daily operations
• Ensure compliance with operating and emergency procedures in the Maintenance department
• Inspects plant machinery and equipment for safety and environmental compliance
• Assigns daily work to team based on priority and coordinates with Operations
• Schedules and monitors outside contractors for safe, effective maintenance
• Maintains CMMS records and schedules including work orders and outages
• Oversees maintenance staff performance and development
• Ensures facility cleanliness and safety and promotes teamwork
