Job summary

WIN Waste Innovations is hiring a Maintenance Manager to lead all maintenance and operations activities for the facility, reporting to the Plant Manager. The role ensures safe, efficient operation, and adherence to company policies while managing maintenance staff and coordinating with outside contractors.

The ideal candidate will supervise mechanical and E&I maintenance, develop budgets, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to meet performance goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required or strongly preferred.
• 5+ years of related maintenance experience; 3–5 years in supervisory roles.
• Experience with CMMS and facility maintenance best practices.
• Willingness to travel 0–25% as needed.

Responsibilities

• Plan, assign, and supervise maintenance and operations staff during daily operations and outages.
• Develop, maintain, and implement operating and emergency procedures.
• Inspect machinery for safety and environmental compliance; ensure SOP adherence.
• Manage maintenance budgets and strategies with the Plant Manager.
• Oversee PM, predictive, and corrective maintenance; coordinate with contractors.
