Job summary

WIN Waste Innovations is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead the maintenance and reliability of the facility in New Jersey, reporting to the Plant Manager. You will manage mechanical and E&I maintenance, supervise staff, and drive safety, budgeting, and continuous improvement initiatives.

You will plan outages, coordinate with operations, oversee CMMS usage, and ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards to keep the plant running at peak efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 6–8 years of maintenance management experience.
• 3–5 years supervisory or management experience
• Knowledge and understanding of operation, maintenance and control of a steam generating power plant

Responsibilities

• Plans, assigns, and supervises the work of operations and maintenance during daily operations and plant outages.
• Develops operating and emergency procedures and ensures safety compliance.
• Inspects plant machinery for safety and environmental compliance and adherence to SOPs.
• Assigns daily work based on priority and coordinates with Operations departments.
• Implements training programs to meet job classification requirements and prepare staff for duties.
• Develops operational and maintenance budgets and strategic plans.
• Directs mechanical and E&I maintenance in line with safety standards and procedures.
• Oversees maintenance staff performance and schedules.
• Manages CMMS and maintenance recordkeeping; plans repairs and outages.
• Maintains spare parts inventory and maintains maintenance shop operations.
• Ensures facility cleanliness and maintenance of morale, environment, and culture.
• Drives safety programs, lockout/tagout, and accident investigations.
• Performs major outage planning and execution; ensures quality and safety standards.
