Job summary

WIN Waste Innovations is seeking a Shift Supervisor to direct and supervise the Operations Department, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient plant performance. The role includes training, policy enforcement, and coordination with the Plant Manager.

The candidate should have plant experience, licensing where required, and strong problem-solving and communication skills to lead a team in a demanding environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Two years in a power plant environment as PO or 5 years related experience.
• ASME QRO Provisional license desirable.
• 2nd Class Engineers license for MA facilities required.

Responsibilities

• Directs and supervises Operations Department to keep the plant safe, clean, and efficient.
• Enforces policies, trainings, and environmental safety standards.
• Oversees lockout/tagout, confined space, and welding/cutting permits.
• Writes reports, manages timesheets, and documents attendance.
• Maintains logs and performs frequent rounds of the facility.
• Represents Plant Manager when upper management is off-site.
