Job summary

HDR is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Marketing Coordinator to join our West Region marketing team. The role focuses on proposal development to support growth in Southern California, with emphasis on power, solid waste and industrial markets.

You will craft persuasive documents and interview materials, showcasing our capabilities and experience with impactful messaging. You will lead proposal team meetings, coordinate graphics, and support client development teams with planning, research, and

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud applications (InDesign).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with business development leaders, project managers, and other technical staff to prepare proposals, statements of qualifications, brochures, presentations, and other materials relating to business development.
• Lead proposal team meetings, review sessions, and interview preparation to develop strategic messaging.
• Write and edit marketing proposal documents, as well as develop and coordinate graphics and layout.
• Support client development teams with marketing activity planning, research, and data management.
• Maintain pursuit and project information in the CRM database, resumes, project descriptions, and photography.
• Coordinate conference attendance or sponsorship and other events.
• Perform other duties as needed.
