HDR is seeking a Senior Marketing Coordinator to lead proposal development and marketing materials for the West Region, focusing on power, solid waste, organics, and industrial sectors in Southern California. You will craft persuasive content, coach interview teams, and drive market expansion with cross-disciplinary collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, organization, and production of proposals and marketing materials.
• Collaborate with marketing coordinators, project managers, technical staff, business leads, and pursuit teams.
• Edit marketing content for clarity, messaging, and persuasiveness.
• Lead interview materials and coach interview teams.
• Develop market strategies, capture planning, and messaging for pursuits.
