Job summary

HDR is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our West Region marketing team in Southern California, focusing on power, solid waste, and industrial markets. You will develop persuasive proposals and interview materials, shape strategic messaging, and support client development with planning and data management.

You will lead proposal meetings, coordinate graphics, manage CRM data, and assist in event coordination.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud applications (InDesign).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate proposals, statements of qualifications, brochures, presentations, and other business development materials.
• Lead proposal team meetings and interview preparation for strategic messaging.
• Write and edit marketing proposal documents; develop graphics and layout.
• Support client development teams with marketing activity planning and data management.
• Maintain pursuit and project information in CRM, resumes, and project descriptions.
